David Holgado Mrics

David Holgado MRICS has a wealth of experience in the building surveying field. Starting as a Trainee Maintenance Surveyor, David has progressed through various roles in companies such as AmicusHorizon Ltd, Optivo, and now Pellings. Their responsibilities have included managing disrepair work lines, expert witness inspections, project managing complex voids, identifying properties for disposal, and leading on various ad-hoc projects. David holds a BSc Honours in Building Surveying from the University of Westminster and a HNC in Construction from London South Bank University.
