Ryan Lightfoot BSc (Hons) PgDip MRICS is a qualified Chartered Building Surveyor with experience in the construction industry spanning from 2007 to the present. Currently serving as an Associate Building Surveyor at Pellings since August 2021, Ryan previously worked at Baily Garner LLP from December 2018 to August 2021 and at calfordseaden LLP from May 2014 to November 2018. Ryan's educational background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Building Surveying from London Southbank University, a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from the University of Greenwich, an HNC in Building Surveying, and a National Certificate in Building Studies from Canterbury College.
