Diego A. Roman

Diego A. Roman has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2011 with their role as Supply Chain Manager for TA-BOU Beachwear. In the same year, they also co-founded 4speed, a branch of TA-BOU Beachwear dedicated to business and IT consulting. In 2016, they took on the role of Process Engineer at RJR Technologies, Inc., where they managed various process improvement and production capacity projects. In 2017, they graduated from the Founder Institute as the Founder of Pelotea Inc. and in 2018, they became the Founder & CEO of Pelotea Inc., an Insurtech based in LATAM. In 2019, they joined the Member Board of Directors at Coworking La Floresta. In 2022, they became the Chief Technology Officer (Advisor) at Berrysafe, a commercial partner of Pelotea Inc. Throughout their career, they have also provided advisory services to retail stores and restaurants, sold and implemented Lightspeed Cloud Point Of Sale, eCommerce solutions, and loyalty programs, and created and delivered sales presentations to EY Partner & Management.

Diego A. Roman has a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University, with a focus on Information Systems and Productivity, which they obtained between 2009 and 2011. Diego A. also holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University, which they obtained between 2005 and 2009. In addition, they hold certifications from various institutions, including LinkedIn, Goethe Institut, Arizona State University, and HubSpot Academy.
