Richard Bohmer

Richard is a New Zealand-trained physician who served on the faculty of Harvard Business School (HBS) for 18 years, where he established graduate and executive programs in healthcare management and co-founded the MD-MBA. He has published dozens of articles in publications such as the New England Journal of Medicine, Health Affairs, and the Harvard Business Review, among others, primarily on the topics of care management and clinical workflow redesign. In 2014, he founded Clinical Leadership Resources, a healthcare consulting and advisory firm focused on the reform of healthcare delivery.

Prior to joining HBS, he was the clinical director of quality improvement at Massachusetts General Hospital. Richard also serves on the advisory board for Arcadia Solutions, a Peloton portfolio company.
