Al Hoy

AL Hoy currently serves as an Administrative Business Partner in the Office of the Chief People Officer at Peloton Interactive, beginning in February 2024. Prior to this role, AL has held various positions, including Sr. Executive Business Partner to the Chief Content Officer at X and Sr. Executive Business Partner to the Chief Marketing Officer at Twitter. AL's experience in executive support includes roles as an Executive Assistant to senior executives across multiple departments at Twitter and as an Operations Manager at AdRoll's New York office. Educational credentials include an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Marketing from Baruch College and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Entrepreneurship Emerging Enterprise from Syracuse University. Involvement with eaMAFIA started in August 2022.
