Alex Niderberg

Alex Niderberg is an accomplished Engineering Leader currently serving at Peloton Interactive since April 2021, overseeing critical platform capabilities across multiple teams. With a focus on backend services that enhance member experiences, Alex's expertise encompasses traffic management, user identity platforms, orchestration, and core services. Prior to Peloton, Alex spent over a decade at Capital One, holding various leadership roles where responsibilities included the development of mobile CI/CD platforms, automated pipeline controls, and the recruitment of top technical talent as part of diversity and inclusion initiatives. Alex's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Technology from Virginia Tech, complemented by further studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
