Angie Avera

Angie Avera is a seasoned professional in user research, currently serving as Senior Manager of User Research at Peloton Interactive since December 2020. In this role, Angie leads research initiatives for Peloton Digital across various platforms, including iOS, Android, and TV apps. Previously, Angie worked at Apple from June 2017 to December 2020, focusing on human factors and UX research with an emphasis on older adults and product ergonomics, as well as serving as a team lead for hardware validation engineering. Prior experience includes roles at End To End User Research, the University of Houston-Clear Lake as a Graduate Research Assistant, and positions in user experience at HP and Houston Methodist. Angie holds a Master of Science in Human Factors Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Sciences from The University of Texas at Austin.
