Athul Ramkumar

Athul Ramkumar is a highly experienced technical lead manager specializing in machine learning and computer vision, currently working at Peloton Interactive since August 2021. Prior to this role, Athul spent over seven years at Apple as a senior engineer focused on designing energy-efficient machine learning accelerators, including the Apple Neural Engine. Athul's earlier experience includes roles at Arizona State University as a research associate and graduate student, where significant work in circuit aging and noise cancellation was conducted. Additional internships at Intel Corporation and Sirius Embedded Software provided exposure to component design and telematics projects.
