Ian Iepson

Ian Iepson is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Peloton Interactive, Ian leads product and engineering initiatives focused on Salesforce systems and integrations. Previous roles include full-time day trading and significant positions at Topstep, Side, The RealReal, OpenTable, and AOL, where Ian managed teams and developed complex systems across various platforms. Ian's career began in the United States Navy, where a decade was spent as a Technical Manager and Electronics Technician. Ian holds a Master of Science in Software Engineering from George Mason University, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Old Dominion University, and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Tidewater Community College.
