Linn Hadenius is the Employee Engagement & Insights Senior Manager at Peloton. Prior to Peloton, Linn was a Senior Consultant at Harver from March 2020 to August 2021 where they lead the creation, validation and implementation of assessment solutions across Enterprise clients including job analyses, SJT development, validation studies, user trainings and impact/ROI studies. Linn also provided guidance to clients around talent assessment & development strategies to help grow a high performing and engaged workforce.

Linn began their career at PepsiCo as an Associate Manager Global Talent Management & Organizational Development from May 2018 to October 2018. In this role, Linn was responsible for PepsiCo's global talent management and organizational development initiatives.
Linn then became a Senior Analyst Global Talent Assessment & Development CoE at PepsiCo from October 2016 to May 2018 where they were responsible for PepsiCo's global talent assessment and development initiatives.
Linn started their career in 2016 as a Leadership Assessment & Development Internship at BTS where they worked on assessment and development projects for BTS clients.
Linn Hadenius has a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Touro College, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Stockholms Universitet / Stockholm University. Linn also has a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from Uppsala universitet / Uppsala University, and has completed a Semester Abroad Program in Management from Hawaii Pacific University.
