Sydney Coffaro

Sydney Coffaro serves as the Director of Event Operations at Hoop Group since February 2022, overseeing event staffing, housing, and NCAA compliance while acting as a liaison with venues, vendors, and coaches. Previous experience includes roles as an Event Operations Coordinator and various positions at Hoop Group Headquarters, where Sydney managed customer service, food services, and social media. Additional experience includes teaching and supervisory roles at The Goddard School and Rolling Hills Country Day Camp, guest services at the University of Delaware, and an internship at Peloton Interactive focusing on guest experience and operational strategy. Sydney holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from the University of Delaware.
