Jocelyn McMinn

Jocelyn McMinn has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry, technology startups, and global operations. Jocelyn currently serves as a Board Member for Peyto Exploration & Development Corp. Prior to this, they worked at Peloton as the Executive Vice President of Global Operations, where they oversaw the financial performance and product development of Peloton Frac, a real-time completions data acquisition system. Jocelyn also co-founded Cevian Technologies, a private SaaS startup, where they focused on product development, sales, operations, and financials. In addition, they held various roles at Trican Well Service Ltd., including Director of Technical Services and Team Lead Fracturing. Overall, Jocelyn brings a wealth of experience in leadership, operations, and product development.

Jocelyn McMinn completed the Chartered Director Program at the DeGroote School of Business - McMaster University in 2022. Prior to that, they pursued an eMBA - Executive Master's of Business Administration at the Haskayne School of Business from 2019 to 2021. In 2008, Jocelyn McMinn obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, University of Alberta.
