Leigh Ridge

Leigh Ridge's work experience includes a role as Deputy Director at PelotonU starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were the Chief of Staff at PelotonU from 2019 to 2023. Leigh also served as the Managing Director of Engagement at College Forward from 2014 to 2019, where they created a high-performing culture and built strong relationships with employees. They were also the Director of Programs at College Forward during this time, leading program staff and managing internal and external data. Before that, Leigh was the Program Director at Posse Foundation from 2012 to 2013. They also held various roles at PowerMyLearning from 2008 to 2012, including Senior Manager, Senior Program Manager, and Program Manager. Additionally, Leigh worked as a Volunteer Coordinator at Hudson Guild in 2008 and as an Associate Director at the Center for Student Missions from 2004 to 2006.

Leigh Ridge attended Louisiana Tech University from 1999 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science.
