Molly Moore

Molly Moore serves as the Executive Director of Commercial Analytics and Insights at Pelthos Therapeutics since March 2025. Prior to this role, Molly held the position of Senior Director of Decision Sciences at Axtria - Ingenious Insights from September 2019 to February 2025, where leadership included designing customer engagement models and managing various analytics projects for the pharmaceutical industry. Molly's experience also includes serving as Director of Sales Planning & Analytics at Dova Pharmaceuticals, overseeing the commercial launch of Doptelet, and as Associate Director of Sales Operations at Cempra Pharmaceuticals, ensuring the efficacy of data and systems supporting sales operations. Earlier in career, Molly was a Senior Manager of Sales Planning at Salix Pharmaceuticals, where analysis and strategy development were central to performance across various sales channels. Educationally, Molly earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Charleston Southern University, completing studies in May 2021.
