Rachael Augustine

Rachael Augustine is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and customer experience. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development & Customer Experience at Peltz Shoes since August 2018, Rachael previously held the role of Corporate Operations Manager. Prior to Peltz Shoes, Rachael worked at The Walt Disney Company as a Travel Sales Consultant from August 2016 to August 2018. Rachael's career also includes managerial positions at Happy Feet Plus, Almost Home Pet Resort, and Payless Shoe Store. Rachael is currently pursuing an Associate of Science degree in Human Services at Hillsborough Community College, expected to be completed in 2024.
