Lisa J. Ries currently serves as the Chief Growth Officer at Flyte, focusing on holistic organizational growth, expanding channels, and optimizing reimbursement strategies to improve accessibility for women with urinary incontinence. As a member of Women Business Leaders of the U.S. Health Care Industry Foundation, Lisa contributes to advancing women's leadership in healthcare. Previously, as Founder & CEO of Ries Solutions, Lisa leveraged extensive experience from a 21-year tenure at Lincare, where roles included Division Manager, Strategy Leader for Digital Business Transformation Initiatives, and Area Manager, overseeing significant growth and transformation in healthcare delivery. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Minnesota and a certification in Digital Marketing Fundamentals from the University of St. Thomas.
