Pemba Capital Partners is independently owned by its Managing Directors.  Established in 1998, Pemba Capital Partners has made over 40 platform investments which have in turn completed almost 200 add-on acquisitions as part of buy and build strategies. 

Pemba take a conservative attitude towards debt and generally avoid highly geared businesses.
