Dr. Paul Aldrich is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in talent management, people performance, and coaching within asset management and academia. Currently operating as a Partner in People and Performance at Pemberton Asset Management, Dr. Aldrich spearheads strategic initiatives focusing on talent acquisition, learning and development, and employee experience.
