Eric Capp

Eric Capp is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in capital markets and direct lending. Currently serving as Partner and Co-Head of Direct Lending at Pemberton Asset Management since May 2017, Eric plays a key role in addressing the financing needs of European mid-market companies. Prior to Pemberton, Eric held various leadership positions at the Royal Bank of Scotland, including Managing Director and Global Head of Syndicate, where responsibilities encompassed primary syndication and risk management of debt products. Eric's career also includes significant roles at JP Morgan and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, focused on high yield capital markets and corporate finance. Academically, Eric holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan.
