Since October 2015, Helen has served as the Chief Compliance Officer at Pemberton Asset Management Group, a diversified firm backed by Legal & General PLC Group. Prior to this role, Helen held key positions including Chief Compliance Officer at Neuberger Berman, where responsibilities transitioned from the former Lehman Brothers Asset Management, and served as Director of Asset Management Compliance at Lehman Brothers. Additional experience includes roles as Compliance Manager at Threadneedle Investments and Henderson Global Investors, as well as earlier positions at Jardine Fleming Investment Management and J Rothschild Group. Helen's educational background includes studies at London South Bank University.
