James Ankerson

James Ankerson is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Global Consultants, Managing Director, Director of Business Development, and UK Investor Relations at Pemberton Asset Management since October 2016. At Pemberton, which focuses on private debt and direct lending to European mid-market companies, James plays a vital role in capitalizing on opportunities in evolving European financing markets. Prior to this, James held positions in fixed income sales at Berenberg and served as Director of UK Sales at Lloyds Banking Group. Earlier experience includes roles in illiquid credit trading and repackaging at RBS Global Banking & Markets. James holds educational qualifications from St Albans School and UCL.
