Salman Shaikh serves as the Director of Strategy and Business Transformation at Pemberton Asset Management since April 2022, where key contributions include leading a £2m technology strategy to enhance the direct lending business, defining and implementing an AI strategy, and managing a significant data transformation project. Previously, Salman held the role of Associate Director for Strategic Projects at Pemberton, focusing on asset growth initiatives. Prior experience includes a consultancy role at M&G plc in Private Assets Strategy and Consulting, and a consulting manager position at EY, where Salman played a pivotal role in establishing the UK alternative investments consulting team. Salman began a career at Morgan Stanley as a Legal Entity Controller after obtaining a Chartered Accountancy qualification and a BA in Accounting & Finance from the University of Exeter. Additional credentials include the Investment Management Certificate from the CFA Society of UK.
