Ana Dutra

Ana Dutra is an accomplished Independent Board Director with extensive experience serving on multiple corporate boards across various sectors, including energy, e-commerce, finance, and biotechnology. Currently, Dutra is a board member at Pembina Pipeline Corporation, CarParts.com, and Amyris, as well as actively participating in numerous private, family, and private equity companies. Previously, Dutra has held key positions at CME Group, First Internet Bancorp, Harvest Health & Recreation, and Eletrobras, contributing expertise in governance, strategy, and sustainability. Dutra's leadership experience includes serving as President & CEO of The Executives' Club of Chicago and CEO of Korn Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting. Educational credentials include an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a Master’s in Economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, a Juris Doctor from UERJ, and a Bachelor’s in Economics from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
