Justin Hawryluk

Justin Hawryluk is a highly experienced project estimating professional with a strong background in engineering and construction. Currently serving as a Specialist in Project Estimating at Pembina Pipeline Corporation, Justin is responsible for establishing internal estimating and benchmarking processes. Prior roles include Senior Project Estimator at QM Environmental, where duties involved leading estimates for various remediation and demolition projects, and Senior Estimator and Project Manager at Black & McDonald Limited, focusing on managing and controlling projects in the oil and gas sector. Previous experience with TC Energy involved developing multi-discipline cost estimates for capital projects, while earlier positions at MEG Energy, Aker Solutions, and INDUTECH CANADA provided extensive exposure to estimating for major industrial projects. Justin holds a CET in Mechatronics and Electronics Engineering from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and is a Certified Estimating Professional (AACEI).
