Scott Ferner

Scott Ferner is an experienced pipeline construction inspector currently working at Pembina Pipeline Corporation since November 2013. In this role, Scott has been involved in civil work inspections for the Tony Creek Pump Station and served as a pipeline phase inspector on the Hythe Extension Project. Additionally, Scott has acted as a Lead Safety Inspector on various expansion projects. Prior to this, Scott held multiple roles at Arnett & Burgess Pipeliners Ltd., beginning in 1991 as a labourer and advancing through positions such as leadhand, foreman, and safety advisor. Scott's experience also includes roles at other companies, including Fabcor Pipeline Construction, Kendal Pipeline Construction, and Blair Nelson Pipeline Construction, where responsibilities ranged from leading teams to working as a roughneck. Scott holds a diploma in law enforcement from Lethbridge Community College and various safety certifications.
