Michael Gray

Michael Gray currently serves as the Director of Social Services and Housing at Pembrokeshire County Council, with prior experience as Head of Adult Services at Powys County Council and Senior Programme Manager at London Borough of Lambeth. Michael's expertise encompasses cooperative commissioning and systems change in social care and health, enhancing services for individuals facing multiple needs, and managing significant service improvement projects. Michael Gray's career also includes leadership roles at Islington Council, OPM, and various other councils, where focus areas included commissioning, organizational design, and research. Michael Gray holds advanced degrees in Social Policy from The London School of Economics and in Business Studies and Economics from The University of Edinburgh, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration at Swansea University.
