Frank Phillips possesses extensive experience in aircraft structures and modifications, currently serving as a Sr. Structures Mechanic and Heavy Structures Modification Technician at Pemco World Air Services since July 2008, where responsibilities include oversight of structures modifications and C Check lines for various airlines including JetBlue, Southwest Airlines, and Frontier Airlines. Prior to this role, Frank held the position of Structures Supervisor at Timco from June 1995 to July 2008, focusing on winglet modifications for 737/757 aircraft and other significant structural projects. Frank also has a foundational background in military aviation as a CH-47 Helicopter Repairman in the U.S. Army from February 1985 to February 1988, where maintenance of Boeing CH-47 Army Helicopters was a key responsibility. Educational qualifications include a degree in Boeing Structural Repair from NTI, complemented by training from the U.S. Army Transportation School at Ft. Eustis, Virginia.
