Leslie Hayden

Leslie Hayden is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in accounting, finance, and consulting. Currently serving as Controller at PEMCO since July 2022, Leslie also has been the CEO and Founder of Hayden Consulting and Advisory, PLLC, since January 2010, providing services in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial analysis. Previous roles include Corporate Controller at RPI Print, where Leslie re-designed accounting processes, and Controller at Inspirage, leading a global finance team. Additional experience includes senior management positions at Forterra NW and Ben Bridge Jeweler, as well as critical consulting roles for T-Mobile and Concur Technologies. Leslie holds an MBA from the UW Foster School of Business and a BA in Accounting and Finance from the same institution.
