Mary McLean

Mary McLean is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Human Resources Business Partner Manager at PEMCO since May 2002, Mary oversees various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws. Mary collaborates with business units to develop people strategies and provides guidance and performance management to HR staff. Prior to PEMCO, Mary held multiple roles at Invesmart of the Northwest, including Senior Retirement Plan Consultant. Mary holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Western Washington University, earned from 1988 to 1992.
