Michelle Supik

Michelle Supik has extensive experience in the insurance industry, serving since July 1997 at PEMCO in various roles, including Legal Examiner, Claims Supervisor, and Casualty Adjuster. As a Legal Examiner, responsibilities include investigating and resolving first and third party liability claims, attending legal proceedings, and monitoring defense attorney performance. In the role of Claims Supervisor, oversight was provided for a team of eight adjusters and involvement in Special Investigations Unit supervision occurred. As a Casualty Adjuster, handling of diverse claims was paramount, from auto thefts to various liability claims, with cross-training in homeowner claims during peak times. Prior to PEMCO, Michelle Supik worked at Allstate as a Senior Claim Representative, focusing on bodily injury and UMBI claims. Michelle Supik holds a BA in Business Administration/Marketing from Washington State University and has foundational education from Pierce College at Fort Steilacoom.
