Pemcoa Consult is a multidisciplinary company established in 2017 to capitalise on the perceived lack of quality and client satisfaction in the available professional development opportunities. The research, planning, project design and implementation, operation, monitoring, and evaluation of numerous client projects and programmes are the foundation of our extensive history.

In addition to our expertise in bolstering institutional capacity, we are also well-versed in advising, advocating for change, piloting new ideas, scaling up best practises, budgets, and financing plans, and fostering learning and adaptability.
Pemcoa Consult implements systematic processes, participatory methodologies, and rigorous internal quality assurance systems in an effort to achieve excellence in assignment execution.

We undertake corporate research, tertiary students proposal development, and research, market needs assessment, grant proposal writing, organisational assessment, and population-based surveys.

Our client-focused consultants are working in a range of sectors to deliver some of the most significant projects and programmes of national and global significance.

At Pemcoa Consult, our clients' bottom line is our top priority. We assist with systematic training and development in accordance with the strategic objectives of our client. We are proficient at creating course materials and reference materials that may be used to assist participants with their daily responsibilities.
