Valerie Konde

Valerie Konde has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. In 2006, they started their career at Societe Generale as an Associate in Cross-Asset Solutions Sales Latin America and an Analyst in Cash Equity & Research. In 2010, they founded and consulted for Wallam, a Senegalese non-profit organization. In 2011, they were a Summer Consultant at Dalberg Global Development Advisors. In 2012, they were a Global Venture Development Manager at Rocket Internet AG. In 2013, they worked as an Agency Relationship Manager for MENA at Google. In 2015, they founded Collectionair.com, an online destination for entry-level art collectors. From 2019 to 2022, they held the roles of Head of International Growth and Entrepreneur In Residence (EiR) at Pleo, and is currently a Co-Founder at Pemo.

Valerie Konde attended KEDGE Business School from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Management. Valerie then attended NEOMA Business School from 2005 to 2006, where they earned a Master of Science in Finance. In 2011, they attended INSEAD and earned a Master of Business Administration.
