James Ashbolt

James Ashbolt is an experienced professional in the insurance and chemical sectors, currently serving as the Pricing & Insight Manager at Pen Underwriting UK since July 2017, following roles as Senior Pricing Analyst and Pricing Analyst. Prior to Pen Underwriting, James worked as an Actuarial Analyst at Antares Managing Agency Limited and as a Pricing Analyst at Canopius Group, specializing in UK Property and Motor products. James began their career as a Process Chemist at Eastman Chemical Company, focusing on developing solutions for chemical plant deployment. Educationally, James holds a Master’s Degree in Chemistry from the University of Bristol and completed secondary education at King Edward VI Grammar School in Chelmsford.
