Rebecca Taylor has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Rebecca started their career as an Operations Assistant at National Grid in 2011, where they assisted the stores operations manager with administrative tasks, audits, stock reordering, and hiring plant. Rebecca then joined Capita Insurance Services in 2014 as a Claims Handler, where they gained significant experience in claim management. In 2019, they moved to Pen Underwriting UK as a Claims Negotiator and later progressed to the roles of Claims Relationship Advocate and Claims Relationship Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Claims Relationships at Pen Underwriting UK, where they are responsible for managing and nurturing key stakeholder relationships within the insurance industry. Rebecca's career progression showcases their expertise in building connections, ensuring seamless communication, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.

Rebecca Taylor attended The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2007 to 2010. During this time, they pursued a degree in Biology with a specialization in Genetics.
