Joy Kulappura

Joy Kulappura has held various roles throughout their work experience. They started their career at Avenue Media (I) Pvt. Ltd. in 1997 and served as a Manager until 2005. They then joined Integreon in 2005 as a Manager, specializing in Financial Documentation, EDGAR Filings, and Content Services for clients. In 2007, they transitioned to Deloitte India (Offices of the US) as an Associate Vice President, where they worked until 2019. At Deloitte, they held a senior leadership position and contributed to the company's success. After leaving Deloitte, they worked as the Vice President of Operations at Randstad Offshore Services from December 2019 to June 2020. Following that, they joined Numota Technology as an Operations Leader from August 2020 to March 2022. Currently, Joy Kulappura is involved in the role of Vice President of Operations & Corporate Affairs at PENA4 TECH SOLUTIONS INDIA PVT. LTD. since April 2022.

Joy Kulappura completed a Bachelor's Degree in Personnel Management, Fundamentals of Finance, Development Administration, and Political Science from the University of Mumbai between 1993 and 1997. In 2009 and 2010, Joy attended the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and obtained a C-PGDBM in HR Management. Additionally, Joy has obtained certifications in Leadership Development Program from ISB Executive Education and in Six Sigma Black Belt from IGC (International General Certificate).
