David O. Dahl

David O. Dahl's work experience includes serving as a Project Executive at Pence Construction since November 2021. Prior to that, they were the President of the Board of Directors at THE LANDING BOAT CLUB starting from May 2019. David O. also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at PORTLAND CHINATOWN HISTORY FOUNDATION and Treasurer of the Board of Directors at LONE FIR CEMETERY FOUNDATION, both from August 2018 onwards. David was the Manager at P&C Construction from April 2016 to November 2021 and an Educator at In4All from 2016 to 2019. Before that, they served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Milne Construction Co. from 1989 to October 2015. David also served as a Board Director at Cemetery Association of Oregon from October 2014 to September 2015. David O. was a Certified Supplier Executive at ICCFA from April 2014 to September 2015.

David O. Dahl obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management from Washington State University, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. In September 2019, they also obtained additional certifications including OSHA30 from the OSHA Safety Training Institute and Certified Health Care Physical Environment Worker from ASHE.
