Henry Padden

Henry Padden has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Henry currently works as a Project Engineer at Pence Construction since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the same role at R&H Construction from July 2021 onwards. Before that, they worked as a Journeyman Carpenter at R&H Construction from March 2017 to July 2021. From November 2013 to December 2017, they worked as a Journeyman Carpenter/Foreman at Brookstone Builders, Inc. Henry also has experience in the media industry, where they worked as an Account Executive at Xtelligent Media from November 2012 to November 2013.

In addition to their construction and media roles, Henry has also worked in landscape architecture and construction. Henry worked as a Landscape Architect and Construction Foreman at Stephen A. Roberts Landscape Architecture and Construction from October 2011 to October 2012, where they managed and led a crew, facilitated communication, and served as a point person for the president/head architect.

Henry also gained experience in event coordination and customer service through their internship at The Guild of Boston Artists from August 2011 to August 2012. In this role, they designed marketing collateral, managed internal communication, and assisted with exhibits and events.

Furthermore, Henry has a passion for snowboarding and coaching. Henry worked as a Snowboard Coach at Holderness High School from 2009 to 2011, where they enhanced students' skills and motivated them to excel in their sport. Additionally, they were part of the Park Crew at Waterville Valley Ski Resort from 2009 to 2011.
