Alex Petrosian

Alexander Petrosian is currently the Senior Vice President at Pender Capital, where Alexander oversees loan origination, underwriting, reviews, and closings. Prior to Pender Capital, Alexander worked as a Senior Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield, focusing on investment sales and debt placements for Senior Housing facilities. Alexander also has experience as an Investment Analyst and Portfolio Manager at Lapinco Inc., managing a portfolio of real estate properties. With a Bachelor of Science from California Polytechnic State University and currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration from USC Marshall School of Business, Alexander has a strong background in finance and real estate.
