Delwin Martin

Delwin Martin, CPA, CMA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and fund accounting. Currently serving as Controller at PenderFund Capital Management since June 2022, Delwin has previously held positions including Manager of Finance at Onex and Fund Accountant at Penfund. Delwin's career also includes roles at Northleaf Capital Partners, where responsibilities included intermediate analyst in investment accounting and analyst in investor operations, as well as financial accountant and junior accountant positions at Cameron Stephens Mortgage Capital Ltd. Delwin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the Schulich School of Business, York University, completed in 2013.
