Melia Mah

Melia Mah serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at PenderFund Capital Management, starting in January 2024. Prior to this role, Melia held various senior HR positions at Vega from April 2016 to June 2023, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner, People Business Partner, People & Culture Specialist, People & Culture Coordinator, and Employee Experience Coordinator. Responsibilities at Vega included partnering with leadership on HR objectives, managing employee relations, leading diversity and inclusion initiatives, and supporting the talent lifecycle. Melia also has experience as an Executive Assistant at Henderson Development and Habitat for Humanity Greater Vancouver, and was an Office Assistant at Scouts Canada. Melia holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Development from McGill University and is currently pursuing an HR Management Certificate from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
