Terra Williams

Terra Williams is a seasoned logistics professional with extensive experience in shipping and employee engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Logistics Coordinator at Pendleton Woolen Mills since September 2011, Terra manages Direct to Consumer shipping operations and fosters vendor relationships. In addition to logistics, Terra is an active member of the Employee Engagement Committee, orchestrating recognition events and educational opportunities for corporate employees. Prior to Pendleton, Terra gained valuable experience as a Department Manager at Target, leading a perishables team and ensuring compliance with food safety guidelines. Terra's career began at the University of Oregon Police Department, where coordination of student services and building security was paramount. Terra holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Environmental Science from the University of Oregon, with a focus on wetland ecology and environmental education.
