Tim Downey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Enterprise Account Director at Pendo.io since March 2025, Tim previously held senior positions at Spiffy, including VP and GM for both Devices and Smart Tumbler. Tim's background also includes working as an Enterprise Account Executive at MongoDB and as a Sr. XM Strategic Account Director at Qualtrics, among other roles. Additionally, Tim co-founded Tealpass and served as CEO while also contributing to BKON Connect and the Nashville Entrepreneur Center. Tim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship from Belmont University, obtained in 2015.
