Our Mission:
At Penduka, we use a social-enterprise model to catalyse economic and social empowerment for women from marginalised communities. Through training, secure employment and entrepreneurial support, women become creators of value in craft, hospitality, retail and beyond.

Our Approach:
People before profit
We believe true sustainability arises when business serves the community.

Skill-building meets creativity
From embroidery to jewellery-making, our artisans are equipped to design, produce and commercialise their craft.

Safe, nurturing space
Our workplace fosters learning, growth and psychological safety so that every woman can flourish.

Ripple effect
We employ women, we enable them to share their skills with peers and communities, spreading empowerment further.
