Madeline Mai

Madeline Mai has a diverse range of work experience in the food and beverage industry. Madeline started their career as a Research And Development Co-op at Bimbo Bakeries USA in 2017. In 2019, they interned as a Food Technologist at Mattson, focusing on innovation in the food and beverage industry. Later that year, they worked as an Operations and Quality Specialist at Armanino Foods. From 2020 to 2021, Madeline served as a Quality Assurance Supervisor at Sterling Foods. Currently, they are working at Pendulum Therapeutics, where they started as a QA Specialist I in 2021, and currently holds the position of QA Specialist II. In their role at Pendulum Therapeutics, Madeline works cross-functionally with various departments to support product launch, address documentation and compliance issues, and provide quality documents to customers.
