Jessica Smozynski

Jessica Smozynski, CPA, currently serves as Senior Director of Shared Services Accounting at PenFed Credit Union, a position held since September 2021, after previously being the Director of Accounting Shared Services. Prior experience includes roles at Fannie Mae from August 2011 to September 2021, where Jessica held positions such as Governance Manager for Single Family Mortgage Operations, overseeing compliance for document custodians, and Business Analysis Manager in Finance, leading teams to implement accounting application releases. Prior to Fannie Mae, Jessica worked at Freddie Mac from May 2002 to August 2011 as Accounting Director and Financial Analysis Manager, focusing on accounting and reporting for performing loans. Jessica began professional experience at ING from 1999 to 2002 as a Senior Financial Analyst, handling regulatory accounting for insurance companies. Jessica earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the University at Buffalo.
