Kristy Bolen

Kristy Bolen, PMP, brings extensive experience in operations and project management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations Support at PenFed Credit Union, Kristy has held key positions including Sr Manager of Operations Projects. Previous roles include Sr Manager of Customer Experience and Quality Assurance and Process Improvement Manager at Omaha Steaks, as well as Sr Technical Project Manager at West Corporation. Additional experience includes Program Manager at TD Ameritrade and Corporate Project Manager at Carlson Hotels Worldwide. Kristy holds a Master of Arts in Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership, both from Bellevue University.
