Markus Lafleur

Markus LaFleur is an experienced professional in consumer banking and digital strategy, currently serving as the Director of Consumer Banking - Member Experience and Director of Policy and SBO at PenFed Credit Union since December 2021. Prior to this role, Markus held the position of Senior Manager at Maximus | Attain from August 2020 to December 2021 and was a Technical Director at MorganFranklin Consulting from January 2012 to June 2020, where responsibilities included leading digital strategy initiatives.
