Melissa Lineberry

Melissa Lineberry, CMB®, currently serves as the Manager of Operational Effectiveness and Support at PenFed Credit Union, where responsibilities include optimizing vendor contracts and leading internal communications within the Home Loans organization. Previously, Melissa held the role of Correspondent Sales Support Manager, focusing on enhancing customer experiences and driving process improvements. Prior experience includes significant roles at Genworth Mortgage Insurance, where achievements involved delivering strategic programs for Community Banks and managing key customer relationships, as well as working at MGIC, Alliance Venture Mortgage, and Raymond James Financial Services in various sales and lending capacities. Melissa holds a B.A. in Housing and Interior Design from Miami University and a Certificate in Business Analytics from Harvard Business School Online.
