Monica Brooks is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in branch operations and leadership. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Branch Operations at PenFed Credit Union since January 2013, Monica leads the growth and development of over fifty Financial Centers globally, collaborating with senior leaders to enhance member experiences and achieve sales goals.
