Thea Mason is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in consumer banking and marketing. Currently serving as Vice President of Consumer Banking and Consumer Deposits and Payments at PenFed Credit Union, Thea has previously held key positions such as Principal Strategy Consultant at BroadBranch Advisors and Vice President, Head of Brand Marketing at T. Rowe Price. Additional roles include Vice President - Direct Bank and Head of Marketing & Analysis at Capital One, as well as Director of Corporate Development.
